Group Discussion Personal Interview

Eligibility:

1. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks. Final year students are eligible to apply.

2. IEM recognizes the CAT Score

Candidates who perform well in these qualifying entrance tests participate in the Group Discussion and Personal Interview

The Group Discussion offers candidates a platform to exhibit their dynamism, enterprise initiative, articulation, managerial skills and leadership potential. Candidates further undergo an in-depth interview. The objective of the selection process is to ensure that students enrolling for the two year programme have the right aptitude, attitude, commitment, capability and endurance to measure up to the rigour of the curriculum.
